In Texas I am labelled as a Home Baker under the Texas Cottage Food Law.

This means there are some foods that I am unable to make for the public, and as much as I would love to sell chocolate-covered strawberries and cheesecake at this time... I am not allowed.  So please don't take it personal when I am unable to make my famous Chess Pie.
